Dinings SW3 at Hotel de la Ville, Rome
Following on from the incredible Sicilian pop-up at Verdura Resort last summer, a handful of our team will be making their way to Rome this March for a one-off collaboration with the team at Hotel de la Ville, the iconic Rocco Forte hotel only a stone’s throw from the Spanish Steps. Whilst they are away, our team at Dinings SW3 will continue to serve up your favourites.
For the two-week residency, from Tuesday 14th March to Saturday 25th March, Masaki will be serving a nine-course omakase menu in the Eternal City at the beautiful Da Sistina restaurant.
Like at our Chelsea restaurant, all the dishes will be centred around Masaki’s Japanese heritage but will be influenced by local techniques and utilise the best Italian produce - a true culmination of skill and flavour. Menu highlights include “Native Lobster Ceviche, Cured Italian Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Yuzu Ceviche Vinaigrette”, and “Italian Wagyu Chateaubriand Sando, Soba Pain de Mie, Port Wine Tamari Soy”.
