An Evening of Champagne with Billecart-Salmon
Join us for a dinner like no other on Wednesday 25th October, with the legendary Champagne house Billecart-Salmon.
We are honoured to host a special dinner celebrating exceptional champagnes which have been finessed over the last 200 years. The family-run vineyard employs the Champenois methods of champagne production and uses unusual fermentation techniques derived from brewing, giving its champagnes a distinctive style and profile. The estate has been in the family for over seven generations, with 2km of cellars that burrow deep into the infamous chalk of the region.
Chef/owner Masaki Sugisaki has created a perfectly seasonal tasting menu to accompany a selection of six of the best Billecart-Salmon champagnes.
